Tikka Masala Sauce with Paneer

INGREDIENTS:

1 Truly Indian Tikka Masala Sauce
1 tbsp oil
1 package of Paneer Cubed
1 cup of water

INSTRUCTIONS:

Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add cubed paneer and stir-fry until lightly browned. Add 13 oz of Truly Indian Tikka Masala Sauce from the jar and refrigerate the remaining contents. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add water if the sauce is too thick and paneer is heated through. Garnish with coriander. Serve with rice or naan bread.

For a fully vegan dish use Tofu or cubed Tempeh.
