Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, no
refunds or exchanges are possible.
To return items that are damaged, expired, or not as per your original order:
1. Contact customer service via the “Contact Us” link on our website within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, delivery date, and details of the return.
2. Returns must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization number provided by our Customer Service team
3. Images of the package condition upon receipt can expedite the claims process.
4. We reserve the right to refuse any refund request if you do not make it within 30 days of the invoice date or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the Return Policy is being abused.
