Our factories have been operating in rural India for over 90 years, serving as catalysts for economic empowerment in otherwise impoverished areas. Notably, 65% of our 1,200 employees in each location are women. Each team member brings passed down craftsmanship preserving years of cultural heritage and food traditions in hand-making and cooking Samosas, Tandoori Naan, sauces, curries, and more

ADF considers the impact of our business on the local community as a core responsibility and all employees aim to minimize our carbon and water footprint. To meet our ambitious goals, we installed renewable energy infrastructure across our factories and water filtration equipment to recycle all our water. We buy most of our ingredients locally in order to offer the freshest, most sustainably sourced ingredients and to support local farmers and their families.
