INGREDIENTS:
1-2 tbsp. oil
6 medium boneless chicken thighs, diced (500gm)
1 jar (369gm/13Oz) Truly Indian Butter Chicken Cooking Sauce
Handful cherry tomatoes (optional)
Fresh coriander, chopped (garnish)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add cherry tomatoes and diced boneless chicken thigh, and stir-fry until lightly browned. Add 13 oz of sauce from the jar. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add water if the sauce is too thick. Garnish with coriander. Serve with naan, samosa, and Truly Indian ready-to-eat meals.
For a vegetarian dish use Paneer (Cottage Cheese) or Tofu.
