INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cook samosas per package instructions (air fryer at 380°F for 10–12 min works best for crispiness). Let cool 2 minutes.

2. Using your hands or the back of a spoon, roughly crush the samosas into large nacho-sized shards directly onto a wide, flat serving plate or wooden board. Leave some whole for texture.

3. Mix Greek yogurt + lime juice in a small bowl. Transfer to a squeeze bottle or zip-lock bag with the corner snipped for easy drizzling.

4. Warm Tikka Masala Sauce in a small pot over low heat for 2–3 min, then transfer to a squeeze bottle.

5. Layer toppings over the crushed samosas: drizzle yogurt crema first, then Tikka Masala Sauce in a zig-zag pattern.

6. Scatter pickled onions and cilantro on top. Add jalapeño slices and a pinch of chaat masala if using.

7. Serve immediately — the samosas soften quickly.
